Great learning curve and opportunities for job seekers

I currently work in the medical insurance sector as a lead administrator for a company named Affinity Health. I am looking for a company that provides a more challenging environment and will allow me to learn new technologies to achieve my objective which is to learn and grow as a individual while also providing a better living for me and my family.For your information i have a great track record in data capturing and handle multiple spreadsheets with lots of client information for the department i am in.If i am chosen for the post advertised, I will work hard towards achieving the objectives and goals of your organization. I am willing to attend any training provided by your company as I am passionate about improving myself all the time. Cons: The job I am currently doing Jan mundane and repetitive. I am not growing as individual answers I’m not learning any new techniques.

Demanding and rigorous working environment

Demanding and rigorous working environment, constantly under pressure. Dealing with vast complaints on a daily basis. Needing to always remain calm and patient with clients and empathize where necessary.

Pros: Good opportunity for learning about health insurance and its comparison to medical aids. Insight into medical cases, conditions and treatment and the medical industry as a whole.

System problem challenges

System issues and challenging. Culture of the business not too bad. Management skills are lacking. Employees are not being heard and lack of growth. Relationships with co-workers is great. I enjoy my my job with its challenges challenges

IT WAS A GREAT LEARNING CURVE

WORKING AT AFFINITY WAS GREAT EXPERIENCE . I NEVER SOLD MEDICAL INSURANCE BEFORE . AND I DIDNT SEE THE IMPORTANCE OF BEFORE ONCE I WAS IN THAT INDUSTRY I HAVE LEARNED THE IMPORTANCE OF HAVING A MEDICAL COVER. MET MY DAILY TARGETS . WE WORKED AS A TEAM ALL THE TIME MANAGEMENT WAS GREAT . THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTS WAS TO EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCE TO OLDER PEOPLE THE DIFFERENCE ON WHAT IS MEDICAL AID AND MEDICAL INSURANCE THE AGE.AND REJECTION
