Young growing company

The company has a lot to offer new young employees. Employees have a zest for work and don’t view challenges as obstacles but as opportunities. There are though hold ups with payments to suppliers and sub contractors which has a effect on progress on sites.

Excellent learning cure

i work for a construction company where i deliver building materials to sites that are busy building, we also have some specialise material which i or my other collegue would normaly go pick up in Joberg wher a bigger division of our company is. it has bn quiet an experience for me because it has taken my level of responsibile thinking to another level as i have been driving alone to and from joberg and have haad to make sure that i have returned with the material and the truck safely. for the period i have worked at afco ive had a good relationship with my collegeus and supervisors wich ive mantained but doing the best i can for the company by trusting their leadership

Pros: better oppotunity
Cons: long working hours
