An opportunity to develop
I have few areas like communicating that need improvement being here at AES will give me that opportunity to improve on my weakness My previous learnership made me see the importance of everyone in the team and also found areas that I need to develop in order for me to be employable like data capturing for the time being I have not had an opportunity to do that but gaining a switchboard experience will improve my CV.

Learning curve and a good teacher
my name is mbulelwa khunjwa i am a millwright artisan currently employed at AES as a millwright we take care of boilers feeding the tiger brand boilers and always have to ensure they are running hence i cope well with pressure and always ensure i am a self starter and also be a team player

Learning curve
Its a nice company to work for you learn about boilers almost every day we got yearly tests that are taken we sometimes work under pressure only thing i dont like we dont have a basic salary and not enough benefits like medical aid but a perfect company if you want to learn more about boilers
