It's good but no opportunity to explore my career

s i enjoy working here but the thing is that i want to grow . The company only focuses on one particular job. I studied toolmaking I want to grow and learn more on tooling. I enjoy working with my colleagues as they teach me new thing's. Especially the one's that been with the company for long. My most challenging tasks was when there's loadshedding where by you got to save the jobs that are on the machine's setter
