Great place to begin but not too many opportunities to grow.

I currently work as a call centre IT support technician at Aegis Global where I have gained 7 months of experience troubleshooting and resolving customers ADSL, FIBRE, LTE, EMAIL, VOIP, and PABX issues over the line. This has been a great experience and a big learning curve. I would like to fully utilise my skills and abilities in a position that will help me fully discover my potential.

Fast learning Enjoy working in a team Good understanding of customer service Flexible to work shifts Able to build rapport with customers Very patient and friendly at all times Working with different people you learn a lot everyday because you share ideas views about how to do things
