Excellent Curv

I Have been working for my company for 2 years. I started as an Agent 1st line support for ADSL. In the 2yeras I have learned more about telecommunication networks how the internet works specifically ADSL and Fiber. It has been a bitter sweet experience. Having to assist angry customers and complicated queries. But the culture here at Aegis everyone is very friendly and helpful. Whatever I am struggling with I can sure get help from my manager. Is because of this that I have been enjoying my time here. But now I am at a point in my career where I have grow as an employee and gain note skills and experience.

Pros: Interacting with IT Professionals and learning different aspects of IT.
Cons: Working late shifts

Great learning opportunity

I worked as a Customer Service Representative, assisting customers with their accounts. I assisted customers with their billing queries and gave them correct information with regards to any questions they had. This position required me to have people skills and to be accurate. I still maintained my punctuality and hard working skills. I also gained plenty of administrative experience from working at Aegis, as well as excellent customer service skills. I made sure that customers who were dealing with me had a pleasant experience and solved all the problems they had in a satisfactory manner.

Pros: Great opportunity to grow in the business.
Cons: A lot of pressure

Excellent learning curve

We work different shifts every day, and you must arrive 30 before your shift starts. We receive calls and answer calls to assistant customers with their service provider. We work in teams and we help each other with challenge we get on calls everyday so its important to maintain your attitude and be efficient at all time. I enjoy working in teams. There are no challenges I can't face because I always go back to my team for assistance. I love customer service.

Excellent learning opportunity.

At Aegis I was given thorough training so that I could become fully equipped to handle challenges. My relationship with co-workers was a good one and we learnt from each other. Dealing with customers is challenging because you want to keep everyone happy and you need to work extra hard to make sure that they're satisfied.

Pros: Growth within the company
Cons: More work for the same pay.

Excellent Learning.

Wolrking at Aegis I was a greatest opportunity, that I was given, as this was the First job as i had left school, this job taught me how to become independent, and to also grow within the company. I was given the opportunity to become a floor planner, for the whole branch, I was also introduced to sales. I also had to work as part of a team which gave me more insight on how others behave and how we all have different feeling to different situation.
