I work in teams.. The people are good team players.all the help you need is there.the job entails resolving the customers queries each day and providing them with service promised.. It gets challenging when resources are limited to complete/or resolve problems at one go

Good stepping stone

My current workplace is a small environment where we work 24 hours a day solving bill explaination, purchasing airtime, data and solving network or sim card queries for the customers. We have day and night shifts. My relationship with my colleagues is strictly professional but fun at the same time, I call them my family from work. From this job I’ve learnt how to be more patient, always find solutions to the customer’s queries as they are depending on me and I cannot let down the company as well because I demand on them for bread, it is very hard finding a job. The most challenging aspects of this job is when customer’s queries are impossible at that particular period and you have to calm them down and assure them that the query will be solved, it is doable but it is not easy as human beings do not have the same understanding and patience.

Pros: Gaining call centre experience
Cons: Working late shifts and costly transport
