Down to earth, be polite, open minded.

I am a determined, enthusiastic and organized woman and I would like to work in an organization where I can use my skills to achieve the organization objective and get conductive environment to learn and grow. My objective is to succeed in an environment of growth and excellence and earn a job which provides me job satisfaction and self-development and help me achieve personal as well as organization goals. I can use a telephone system, one featuring multiple internal and external lines and I make sure it keeps operating smoothly at all times. I’m also familiar with spreadsheets, word-processing software, company’s email and file-sharing systems, and several social media platforms and company’s own software solutions and a copy machine.

Pros: I am the only receptionist no assistance.
Cons: I am working long hours no overtime pay.

My evolution as a young engineer

My day starts by me checking emails. The emails are usually from the managing director and their content is about outstanding design issues and schedule of the meetings to take place during the day. We work in teams, the number of team members varies as per design project. My team is made up of two senior engineers and me. I learn a lot from them. They tought me how to use Autocad, Autodesk revit and inventor. I enjoy interacting with them and designing using the above mentioned software. The hardest thing was to adapt my introvert personality to a team player.

Pros: Good place to start your career
Cons: The is less margin of error
