It was a good learning experience as I have learned a lot of the IT field.

I have been working at fastnet doing support for various customers like JD Group and Shoprite also worked at advocate solutions as IT field support and was also part of their IT internship for a year my duties were doing support for DOJ recording machines also doing backup for them and was also doing installations for computer and wifi connections in different provinces in all clinic.

Pros: I have learned a lot from the companies I've worked for now I know and understand what is needed from an IT support personnel.
Cons: I am ready to work any giving hours as long as it will be benefiting both the company and me and I am ready to work under pressure.

Skills development

I was working at that company 2014 to 2015 I enjoyed so much and gained more experience in the work field sadly I wasn't employed there, the skills I developed still work out for me and the new faces made me learn more about myself Being part of the team was amazing

Pros: Sadly none permanent position
Cons: The working our suited me well
