I am an experience QA but with no qualifications. I've worked with different managers , have played role of being a manager when the current one is not available. Very kind person whom I have been granted certificates for my generosity. Come across as assertive person. My work speaks for its self because I achieve my targets daily. I prefare working with group of people who knows what they want. Team building does it for me to make a strong relationship with my cauligues . I'd love to be greeted like I do always.I've learnt so much in this industry not to over trust people as there are differences in our character. Always have that side of security to see beyond the clear sites. I have been surprised by many outcomes.
Pros: I have been promoted & unfortunately the post was redundant.
Cons: Currently work straight shifts

Team player
our department depend on other to generate money in the company, like if the technical did not finish the installation it will be difficult for us to bring in money, or the sales rep miss lead the client we have to make the damage control in trying to keep the client, so we need to have a good working relation, to get our jobs easy and flexible in making our clients happy. The challenge is when I got a client that had a break in and had to make her calm first and hear her story then be able to assist to my best abilities

Working in different companies has expanded my knowledge in the customer service field.
It's challenging working at ADT and I enjoy it, everyday is a learning curve. The people I work with are exciting and motivates each other to do better. I've learnt to deal with different scenarios and senior management; dealing with different systems as well. The thing I enjoy most at work is, everyday is not the same and there's always something new; business changes; processes which changes etc. It keeps one on your feet and encourages one to do better.
Pros: Working in a new environment is always exciting and keeps one going as you would want to prove yourself.
Cons: Working normal office hours is nice; if it costs more to work later hours, I wouldn't mind.

Excellent
Working for Adt itvwas good opportunity as i have gain experience as how to handle pressure and to work hard and to strategize.and the company is trying to make the environment vibe and excitement.

I'm a good team player, I train my self on other things that concerns my possession. I solve my own queries before escalating to manegment ,or other departments.

Had the best boss
You have lots of room to grow, the salary sucks though. Most people are the salt of the earth, but I've also met the meanest of meanies here. I've learned that if you do not run to hr for every single thing, then you'll never have a foot to stand on when the poo hits the fan.
