Fast learner and willing to learn in all areas
Currently working at totals head office as a security /receptionist work days at the office mostly hectic yet awesome I get to improve myself each and every day. Working in a office full of people with different personalities gives me the opportunity to learn how to handle working with each and everyone it gives you the ability how to handle people differently. Working in this environment makes my character stronger just by handle all situation and people calmly and with respect even though I don't get respect back.There's a saying respect goes a long way and I do believe in that. For the peoples person that I am it makes it very simple to communicate with my co-workers it makes my work day pleasant. At all work places we all know its not always as easy. Working at front desk I get to receive difficult clients that never wants to comply to company's policy .The only thing that gets me past such clients is to stay focus and calm and stick to the policy and work that is required from me.
Pros: Most definitly i would be up for promotion if the company i am working currently at be thinking of exspanding
Cons: up to working long hours it is the dedication in your job that motivates a person

Feeling positive for this job
Each and every work day consist of interacting with different people excluding my co-workers. My relationship with my co-workers is very important, the understanding between co-workers should be easy going because I personally don't like working in an unfriendly and uncomfortable environment. For the person I am with my personalities it makes it so much easier to communicate and understand my co-workers and having to have all of the above makes my co-workers wants to invest more in me. On an everyday basis I get to learn more and more everyday interacting with clients whether it is on the phone or personally I love my job it is always of a great pleasure interacting. A person get challenge in strange ways every day in workloads or difficult clients of maybe phone calls whereby clients is just always difficult but if your know how to control or ease yourself than you would know how to handle all difficulties.

the beauty of success
It's nice! I'm learning different things cause I'm under supervision, we're working as a team, like brothers keeper. We always come up with a solution, we argue for the sack of coming right, but the differences is that we're not all same according to our personality, some are easily to catch fast! Than others. I love my job always, especially after doing the right task for the day! it gives me confident to do more but there are times where I found myself panicking cause of the pressure of the job, but at the end I put myself together! Of which on that time i being given the task for that job finding that the time! Is running or short to complete the task.
Pros: Always striving for the higher rank posion

I like being part or among the team at work.
there are so manny reasons I like working as a team, I motivate the members and I also bealive that two mens effort can not be baeten by ones. My ambition is to put my Company's name on a higher level.
Pros: Being a hard worker and to perfect at all times is what I think can make me the best at all.
Cons: As long as my Company will be having a good name I will never mind working more hours.

• Take responsibility of the shift • Monitor emergency and non-emergency stats • Handling client complaints • Perform routine Inspections on computers/repeaters • Ensure that work is done according to company procedures • Uphold and enforce a high level of discipline • Ensure that back-up vehicles and SAPS are sent when they are incident reported • Gather information and compile Daily Report, 2 Hourly Report • Keep daily incidents and records in the Occurrence Book • Listen to call and record to access the Operators • Make use of Voice Record to observe the Two way Radio, Incoming and Outgoing Call • Assessing the Operator with their performance • Monitoring the Calls and abandon Calls • Ensure that the team met the target • Coaching the Operators • Make sure the business is running well • Typing of docket

Aim a fast learner willing to learn
I like working as a team , challenges , dealing with the client , customer service , where I am working the a lot of challanges when dealing with difficult client , I enjoy it, solving problems , and I'm always archieving when it comes to customer service
Pros: There is an opportunity for.promotion based on your performance
