Senior assistant must be responsibility in my work all the time and also to respect the people at work and learn to appreciate to learn something for the other people

Pros: It be good to continue workhard the way your doing the first time before you promote
Cons: To give your self time to finished your work

Excellent in report writing, good commucator (both verbaland writing)

i am team leader at call center and assisting the organization with administration. i am generating leads and making sales. capturing leads and sales every day. filing my relationship with my colleagues is very good because we work together and giving them the instructions. i learned how to treat people with equal, have good customer care, punctuality,meat deadlines and reach target every day. to generate more leads and making more sales convincing the client to buy a product thats a challenge

Pros: i am not looking for promotion but i will accept the promotion if its come.
Cons: working overtime if its necessary
