Very VGood positive culture. Have learned lots of indutry lingo and principles especially the challenges of working for a jit PLANT. i ENJOY BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE YOUNG ENGINEERING S DOING THEIR p1/p2 TRAINING. My Strength

My strength. I enjoy leading and coaching teams,Work well with diverse departments and management personnel at various levels. My strength is being a team player but also being able to work alone. I enjoy analyzing performance and coaching the team to better performance. I achieve my targets all the time. I enjoy challenging environments, planning is also my strength. I have travelled the world and learned from various work cultures and ethics from Japan, Thailand, Sweden, France and Saudi Arabia).

Pros: Opportunity for the family to explore the world and expand my knowledge why sharing my experience.
