Good learning place

Typical work day was following up on status of projects and setting up of milestones along with feedback meetings. Support to maintenance and production on the systems. Really good relationship with co-workers as everybody has a role and they understand what is to be expected. Transfer of knowledge between people also really good and thus people become a secondary family instead of just colleagues. The most challenging aspect surely was the implementation and introduction of newer technology and methods used globally. The direction for the company is more automated for the higher volumes and to stay competitive. The older way of doing things is what people were used to so introducing a new system was difficult but when the people started using it and understanding, it did go really well.

Pros: World class standards and a lot possible to learn
Cons: Fairly little growth opportunities available for technical individuals

Poor Management decision making

waking up to go to Adient guarantees an atmosphere of mixed feelings on the great difference between admin workers and the general staff, but in my department there is unity and an excellent team effort to help and prolong each other for the benefit of the company. i have learnt a lot though no developments are opened out for me. getting to learn and know new aspects of my job gets to be enjoyable but month ends tend to be the most challenging time.

Excellent

I’m a very young striving man goal driven type who gets the job done at any give time. I really enjoying with people because that gives me strength when I have a strong team around and I always make sure that my team is always the team of the month. I believe much in quality which makes everyone happy at the end of the day we get to produce quality not worrying much about the outcomes because it is useless to produce something which is less of quality. I get to inspect every work we have done after so doing that we can now sell of ship our products. Give a young man a chance to take your company to another level I thank you.

Pros: I will put all the best in everything that I will be doing.
Cons: I won’t mind working overtime

excellent leadership skills and quality skills highly disciplined and adhere to company rules and regulations also highly motivated and good team builder good relationship from production floor to top management I'm a dependable person in production every day is a learning curve and learned quality comes before quantity I enjoy working with different kinds of people and keep them motivated and can work under pressure under any condition
