Excellent learning curve

Great company to work for, co workers are very competent and leading the automotive industry, hard working, long hours, but it all pays off at the end of the day when the work is finished.

Excellent learning Curve and career growth and value of a employee is recognised.

My typical working day begins with me coming to work early and go through the previous day's Open Issues List and planning my current day properly, from the I go to the 8 ocklock operations meetings. I enjoy my relationship with my co - workers even though sometime their pace of solving and getting things done, they do drag their feet but yeaah thats how the industry is. I have gained a lot of technical improvement when it comes to lean manufacturing and handling of different departmental projects to driving cost savings initiatives and best business practice to process improvement within the SAFETY, QUALITY, PRODUCTION, COST DELIVERY principles. The most challanging aspect of my job is breaking dealing with responsible people on the PDCA charts in getting their responsibilities on their projects done to close the issue.

Supply Chain Analyst

Great company to work for with great opportunities. Very high stress levels, JIT and JIS supply and manufacturing environment with no room for error. Heavy human independence with little systemic support. Long hours 7 days a week with no break or extra financial reward. However fast learning and quick thinking becomes part of daily activity. Lots of extra training and activities.
