Working at Adidas was a great opportunity, therefore there I meet with customer in a sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge,demonstrate advanced product knowledge,find new target markets and penetrates them to drive sales. Excellent learning curve
The company has given me a great platform to learn ,grow and gain experience. I've learnt how to work at a till , I've gained great experience in visual merchandising as well as administrative work. My colleagues and I have become one big family we've learnt to work with each other and put our differences aside at all time. My manager has allowed to grow individually by understanding our strengths and weaknesses and giving everyone a equal chance to grow and learn from our mistakes.

Excellent learning curve
I work in retail where we deal with different characters each and everyday,but I always manage to always smile with the next customer no matter what happened with the previous customer,I have learned that don't ever bring nagative energy in the store,always be punctual with time,and always give the best customer service and always wear ur smile.

Great way to grow and expand my knowledge

Dynamic engagement
A typical day involves meetings with global to align the brand campaigns and future planning. I manage multiple budgets and assess ROI to document campaign learnings which I present to the business. Driving brand engagement with our CRM team is a core function in line with our communication strategy. I manage global negotiations to drive local content creation that is relevant to our consumer and monitor ongoing sell-out opportunities. I have excellent relationships with my colleagues in the global and local business and have learnt to be agile to learn and grow. Consistent communication is key to ensure team alignment and living the brand strategy is critical to business success. I thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a global brand with premium product that we sponsor to international athletes and artists that inspire our consumer. Great experience Lovely work environment Great people Meeting new people everyday Creating a clientele Create ideas and leaning new things daily I get to work with a team of great people and I love team work more especially when we all get along of which is what I would want as a team player! I know that a great team meets targets and does all the job correctly. I love working retail because It's challenging and I love a challenge. I'm a hard worker and I fast leaner as well

Excellent learning curve
A typical day includes doing ur normal admin, getting ur department in order before opening the doors. Sale and ordering the necessary stock for your customers. Teamwork is very important at Adidas thats why its of the utmost importance that your relationship with your fellow employees is good. I work with them 8 hours of the day so i see them aa family. The most challenging for me is selling an item to a customer that could basicly be beneficial to improve their lifestyle. But most important to me is meeting new people everyday
