I learned a lot regarding the labor law and also how to conduct disciplinary cases and ccma.
It was a whole new industry as I came from a transport background. I learned everything I know from this company. It was more like a journey as I explored everyday how to handle difficult clients and managers for that matter. I was working in a relaxed atmosphere and I think all of us was relaxed when together at the office. When there a problem with one client (even if it wasn't yours) everybody jumped in and resolve the problem. I enjoyed working in a different environment and one think I know for sure now is that I am versatile and can do everything when I put my mind to it. A work day is not always the same as I serviced clients all over north west so I traveled a lot. Everyday brought something new. I enjoyed the variety of the position. The most challenging I think was the fact that I had to learn everything from scratch. In the beginning I didn't know anything from this industry but I enjoy learning new things.
Pros: Every day was something new
Cons: Flexible hours. You don't exactly know what time you will be home at night

Cons: Beyond that which is already mentioned in my attached resume, I am someone who knows how to set goals and achieve them, and have a proven track record of being able to conceive, develop & execute strategies. I feel certain that my strong administrative skills coupled with my ability to work in a team will be of immediate value to your company.

Great learning curve
I do payroll , Its been a great learning curve, it needs focus like everyday. it requires a lot of Time management to meet deadlines at all time. We do weekly , fortnightly ,Monthly 25 and contractors payroll for over 1000 clients divided between us as payroll administrators. it builds one's communication and team player character. knowledge is provided and divided between us all. we learn and get trained for ne challenged. I enjoy it most on Friday when we get reports back from a hectic week especially on a month end week. I feel good when temps are paid on time and no queries for that certain month. We learn to make that a habit to make sure that employees are paid on time and paid right. Its challenging and fun at times , we do put extra hours to complete all task twice a week. I believe in team work as well as I am certified in my personal success.

The goal is to make the client standout in the market.
I had about 200 TES staff under my care with different skills. They were based at my 5 different clients. They were of different races, culture and gender. I had a excellent relationship with all my TES which was beneficial to the client cos my staff performance was excellent. I had a meeting once a week with my staff to give the good and the bad of the clients feedback. Most of the meetings were good feedback from client. The meetings were about 10 to 15 minutes long. Other issues were also included in my meets, like personal etc. I strongly believe that respect is the key to a good and effect employee so I gave that to my TES staff and the return was good performance which benefitted the client . I learnt that everyone is different and we must treat people accordingly. Don't use one standard for all your staff. I enjoyed interacting with the staff and meeting challenges that the client set for me and going back to him to say it is sorted out.

Willing to learn more from different company
I am very strong on the administration side. I am a very disciplined, organized, focused, committed and hardworking individual who has proved that I have good management ability, people skills and temperament to manage the complexity and stresses of large distribution administration.
Pros: i tell myself that ,great oppotunities come from hard working.
Cons: i used to work long hours with overtime,meaning i dont mind to work overtime.

Excellent learning curve
Ensure that standards of performance on the Accounts are achieved and exceeded. Manage the productivity of the Accounts Service Deliver Supervisors. Recommend effective resource planning on the Accounts. If required, handle industrial relations matters pertaining to both temporary and permanent staff. Resolve Client and Candidate complaints and disputes, and do everything possible to maintain Client’s goodwill. Excellent relationship with co-workers

I learnt to relax and allow people to express their views and give answers afterwards
I have a very close relationship with my employees as a results they always choose me when they need help. I have learnt to always keep calm and allow employees to express their views. I enjoy my work mostly when I resolve issues for my employees when they seem to be difficult with others.The most challenging part is when you deal with a client that doesn't allow you to teach them how your company does things.
Pros: There is opportunities for growth because you learn new things mostly everyday
Cons: When the company makes you do somethings which I know very well that the results maybe bad plus when your work is not appreciated.

Had an excellent time working for Blu
It was great working for bluing had a good time working for Blu, it was a good experience I have learned a lot of things working for them.good management, good colleagues and the environment was excellent also.i would reccomend tit to other people

I've learned picking using a device
We use devices to pick And they need performance everyday We don't stop to work until the device say no work What I enjoy about this job is that I exercise everyday ,when I'm running for the performance We are after time
Pros: coming to work on daily basis, respect each other at work, having the spirit of working and be able to be a leader
