Travelling within Africa , no honest communication by senior executives , i heard of my retrenchment 2 weeks before, the company does not look after the people they should be .

Excellent learning curve, right exposure

Excellent work culture Great relationship with the co-workers Chairing inhouse disciplinary enquiries attending CCMA cases Having to prepare the Managers for the cases Booking flights and accommodation for the Managers

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Strict working hours
