No Growth, Employees not looked after/unappreaciated

We are robots. Expected to work long hours with no complaints. We do not have rights in this company, because if you open your mouth you are told that you can be replaced and that you are not needed. Employees feel demotivated and unwanted. It has come to a point where we just don't care what happens anymore. We will never get any joy in this company and alot of people have been going for interviews. This is not a good company to work for if you are a hard worker.

Pros: Going home after work
Cons: No overtime pay/hours off. Unappreacited. Lower staff not considered

Excellent

We were working 8 hours a day,my relationship with my co-workers it's was great and I learn new things and how to come with new things at company,I enjoyed doing my job without supervision and the most challenging at work was target of trucks time management count really alotss a day

Pros: Yes I was a security guard and enter at warehouse driving forklift
Cons: 12hours

Great Team working culture

Working with the teams is great as each you are faced with new challenges , you learn new skills . We work long hours , public holidays and weekends but that could be in our pay but it isn't as there isn't much incentive to. Not career advancement opportunities for temporary workers.

Cons: Long hours, No career advancement, pay at times becomes an issue

Great learning curve Great relationship with fellow employees

Good day We always worked as a team and assisted our team players and the main part is to get the job done The most challenging part of the job is at the start and ends of any project making sure our PO matches the quantity of staff

Pros: Most of my time was spent on the road and on sites
Cons: At any outage the Beginning and ending of staff contracts has lots of paper trail that needs to be done accurately which is time consuming

Excellent learning more

I'm a hard worker and I don't have time to play when I'm working that's why I push my work to be done and I don't judge supervisors even if he /she is younger than my age

Cons: I don't have problems with working overtime

Learning curve

Working ar the current company has given me growth in terms of communication and peoples management. No growth being a senior but cannot make any decisions or being allowed to raise your concerns

hi this is tahir mehmood piping supervisor i done with interview n medical through adcorp blue n i dont started yet they were promising from last year but if i will start working i will tell exactly but i got oil n gas piping supervisor. In middle east thats why i cant tell exactly

Always eager to acquire new skills

Working for Adcorp blu was a great,I've so much so much in the field automotive, logistics and warehouse, eith experience iv acquired in these fields with a given chance I will triple my worth

Learning Curve

I am working as Connection Scout, scouting of new employees to be utilised at in our clients site. Screening of CV's, calling of employees, signing them up , do fingerprints and assist them in contract signing once that is done place them on site and issue employee numbers.

Pros: Opportunity for Growth
Cons: Long working Hours
