Always willing to learn from others teach people how to respect other im my team

I have been work with different people I learn a lot from i can say i am strong when i was appointed as Supervisor at Alvern cables I was supervising all adults but i man to put their personal far to productive my shift where doing just fine reach target always

A very diverse work environment which provided a lot of work experience and developed my skills

I am a hard working person and require a naturing work environment with a lot of opportunities to learn and improve my abilities by gaining experience and learning from co workers and supervisors and i think ADC cables has given me these opportunities. The biggest challenges i faced were applying the things i leant at school in practical when i started working.

Pros: great opportunity to learn
Cons: i felt the work was not directly aligned with what i wanted to which is programming
