You learn a lot

As a individual you get to learn a lot and do stuff at your own. Yes some things you get assisted with but most of the time you search until you can do it which is good for one to increase their skills and knowledge on something. As a small team we consider ourselves as a family and we speak out when we not happy with something. I have learned quite a lot to be honest as i was given an opportunity to showcase my skills and etc. Having to go meet different customers has been enjoyable as i get to lean how to treat each customer. Having to figure out some of the most difficult solutions.

Pros: great opportunity for growth

One could grow here when given a fair chance to do so. Typically if you are a sheep then this is not the place for you. You need to be flexible but also know your worth otherwise you will be taken advantage of, you will be underpaid and over worked.
