Great Career Start

great place to learn skills. Very helpful and friendly co-workers. I have acquired communication, programming, problem skills while working here. Challenges that are usually held on Fridays to reduce workloads and the winners get an hour or 2 off work, such things motivate us to do more. Having to investigate issues caused by rare unknown issues can be very challenging.

Best learning curve

I love working here as I get to learn new things everyday as their product and needs changes daily ,very challenging but the best experience ever, Healthy working relationship as they respect each other, goal orientation is something common among everyone here. I have learned how to do almost everything with computer related ,I enjoy creating videos working with clients getting feed back and writing scripts. creating story line and making sure of customer s satisfaction.

Company Review

I currently work in fast paced environment. The company has good culture - very diversed, I have learned a lot including: Programming, Project management, team management, service delivery, customer centric, growth, strategical decision making. I enjoy working with people - customer focus, and seeing my ideas and decisions coming to pass.

Pros: Diversified environment in terms of services and product offerings
Cons: No opportunities for growth

Great experience builder

I start at 7 in the morning. Our current project involves use case document creation. I work well with my co-workers. Working on an HR system taught me new insights into that area of a business. Requirement gathering sessions. Tight deadlines have been a huge challenge on this project.

Pros: Very good experience gained in this position.
Cons: Client availability.

AdaptIT is an amazing company to work for, the next 5 years for AdaptIT will truely be exciting, Sibu the director is always happy to mingle with his staff. My personal situation dictates that I am required in Durban.

The company I'm currently working for its a good company. I currently working a team that consists of 15 members. we start our day by having a stand up meeting and share what we have worked on the previous day and our challenges and what we currently working on.

Pros: Learning, advanced in technology and you get to use your creativity all the time
Cons: Fast paced you need to be focused all the time
