I work at Adams and Adams, i worked at Mulotec Engineering manufacturing, Project its my thing

I have lots of duties as a credit / debtors administrator. All queries, emails and telephone calls start by me and i distribute, i do calculation of interest, i write off fees of partners and do journals for them on a daily basis, which makes me close to partners like at Multotec where i was dealing with reports for CEO. I get along with all my collegues and distribute work fairly as i have a to do and distribution list. my position is a challenging position as i do most of the work as a central person, i learn alot and learn time management, punctuality and how to be strong daily. i enjoy dealing with parterns queries as it makes you confident in what i do so that i can be alert and do it properly and timely. The most challenging aspect is dealing with emails when they are more than 1000 per day which i have check which ones are important and deal with them first and also do the other part of my work.

Pros: I am fast learner and every company i worked for i have been promoted or work escalated
Cons: i always work long hours whether i am done with my work or not to prepare for the next day work

Good company

They are professional. The culture is good and makes it easier to work there. Their employees are well trained. Good salaries. Employees are happy. They have a canteen where employees use their access cards to pay for their meals.

No room for improvement

No room for growth; no leaders, mostly bosses, no bonus. It is a hard paced environment where no matter how qualified you are or how hard you work, you will not get recognition, no promotions. Most employees have left because of lack of human treatment

Excellent learning curves

Hardworking, dedicated needed, to put more effort and great work environment I have great relationship with my co workers. Team work is initiated a lot Segregation of duties is there but we work well individually and as teams What I enjoy the most is foreign currencies it needs focus and paying attention to detail. The most challenging part is paying attention to detail and avoiding errors
