its a very intresting and challenging work enviroment,precision and accurecy is the order of the day and a must,as we work with rotating equipment,clearences between stationery and rotating parts are very small to tolarences of less than 0,02,foreign material exclussion is also importent because of these small clearences and sensitive auxillary system like dirt in oil could damage the bearing,there is a good mutual understanding amoung colleages,we strive to do it right first time,and we only do it only the safe way

Cons: sometimes work under pressure to beat deadlines

Exellent in teamplayer and motivation to workforce and management

Assessing working environment. Worksite inspections and guidance to improve SHE in the workplace. Teamplayer and motivating workforce to achieve set goals.

Pros: Learning curve in all areas of each spesific worksite and different she standards of compliance
Cons: Long working hours
