Insightful experience

Learning curve with regards to experience on a company of how not to operate. Good interpersonal relations with staff. Knowledgeable and educated staff to interact with.

Pros: great working hours, lenient management with regards to personal matters and understanding
Cons: mismanagement, micromanagement, high staff turnover, overloaded work and no appreciation

Exellent learning experience

I am very happy just the travelling getting to me and dont come out with my salary petrol. I have learned alot and i am a peoples person so get along very well with people.

Pros: Room for growth

Big company

employees are over loaded and under appreciated. management do not value its employees. Relationships with co-works are what has made the company, everyone is helpful and for the most part, get along really well. We are like family.

Pros: Benefits such as bonus, car allowance, cellphone allowance, medical aid, pension & provident fund
Cons: Unreasonable expectations. Not enough staff employed to execute goals

Good Company

Excellent helpful co-workers. Senior Management is lacking proactiveness and understanding of the Industry and current climate of the economy. Low salary packages and no promotions. management is not strict with employees.

Pros: Flexi-hours, pension & medical aid
Cons: unappreciative of the extra mile employees take
