As a Quality Management Consultant for Miway Commercial insurance a typical day involves firstly selecting a sample/work item to audit, then auditing this sold commercial policy from Emails and documents to Audio Visual sales and or service call evaluation to measure Quality of the call and compliance with all relevant financial legislation and internal policies and procedures
