I implemented allot of policies and procedures as well as their strategic and operational requirements. BBBEE done training and initiates scorecard plans EE and performance management ee wellness programmes training an dev skills and leadership. It is a family company and no way for career growth

30 years experience, highly qualified

Diverse tasks at this small company included managing both environmental project tasks and colleagues. Relaxed relationships with colleagues are woven into strict adherence to completion of tasks in accordance with quality and time requirements. Analysis of new projects and the development of suitable strategies and solutions to meet project requirements are most enjoyed. Most challenging are finding the gold midway between meeting the environmental and technical requirements of each project.
