Good institution

I type CV's, send emails, scan documents for my clients,and fax their documents also do assignments for students who brought them to us to type, others wants research for their assignments, i help them via internet, i work well with my colleagues, if we have misunderstandings we sit down and discuss the way forward on how to over-come our problems and we make it a point that it doesn't happen again, i realized and learned that the most important thing is to make your clients happy and give them what they want, keeping your clients happy and doing your work the way it should be done attracts customers.i enjoy serving the net and helping clients to do research on some of their assignments and engaging in a topic with them getting to know them better. the most challenging aspects is when i have to finish a client's assignment and then there comes a lot of customers, so i have top adjust on that and take some of my work home.

Good institution

I am a very good person, understanding, hardworking and also a good liability to my company, this company has thought me a lot of things, My job is to answer calls, help clients when they need to serve the net, maybe if they want to apply for schools, work etc, i also do faxing, copies, emailing and others, typing is my everyday thing and also meeting with clients and help them.
