I have learnt so much but the company size is too small to grow further
I have a great relationship with my peers at work and the team chemistry has never been better which is the best work environment I could ask for. I would like to be more hands on and Still proof the outcomes with logic and calculations. I strive myself on people and the relations I have with them. I would definitely prefer to work in a job with a lot more mechanical tasks and more challenges to solve with a different challenge every day.
Pros: Team chemistry is fantasic
Cons: Growth in company is minimal and job has become repetitive.

Great learning experience.
It is a great company to work for, there is growth and development. you are allowed to further your studies should you wish and everything is paid for by the company. The company culture is also motivation. There is transparency and honesty with all the employees.

Not sure if the direction of the team
I would normally check night shifts report from the previous shift. Check on calls logged during night shift or previous days to ask for feedback. I would hunt using one of the Siem tools while logging calls on our ticket system while checking for any down sensors on the network side of things.

It was a good time to work in that company because it teaches m how to make sure the place that you work must always be kept clean. My colleagues were the best what i loved the most is when we doing deep cleaning before audit

Was learning about hazards and risks involved in a site of construction and how
Prevent them from happening again and also learning how to implement health and safety at work place all time and also learning how to avoid certain incident
Pros: Ive learned that construction site it's not about only buildings certain things it almost improve technology
