Excellent learning curve

I have never worked for education industry, have always had opportunities for what i have studied which is Hospitality Industry.To me its a learning curve as change is vitally important in life. More especially with me as i still have interests to do PGCE. Its some kind of experience and to do with learning how children raised with different situations are. I am working very well and understanding my colleagues, There are no challenges as yet since i have started working as we working very hard to get things done efficiently.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning further
Cons: We do not work long hours and we always have holidays as i am facilitating Learners

My experience

My experience - learnt alot and grew both professionally and personally. I have an excellent relationship with co-workers, we are like family. You can plan your week but something will come up that will throw you off course, then you need to readjust.

Pros: Love the people I work with
Cons: Long working hours
