Acino Pharma Reviews

Good journey thus far

A typical work day is usually includes cross-functional work with other departments. The demand from a brand manager is to ensure active pre- and post-marketing, while interatcing and driving sales. We have a relatively small marketing department with 6 marketers across the organisation. I am responsible for 5+ brands where most marketers focus on 2-3. I have had incredible opportunity in the organisation to grow and learn internally and externally, and was given an opportunity at brand management with no experience at the time. I started my career post-honours graduation in 2017 and was employed as a medical sales rep, in 2019 I was promoted to brand manager.

Pros: Smaller organisation so there is more direct cross-functionality and learning experience. Organisation is growing and holding company is invested.
Cons: High work volume, low levels of transformation
