People`s person

I love working with people especially in a Corporate environment, as it is where I strive and can work hard toward reaching my goals. HR is my passion as I feel it is a combination of all the things I love doing and working in. I love working with people, together with in a corporate environment and as well as working under pressure with set goals and deadlines. I find being punctual is what makes me love my work and while doing so, doing it well. I have learnt a lot about SA Legislation and therefore I have a great relationship with everyone at work, from Senior and Top Management with even the everyday staff and employees, because my mindset about people as a whole changes a lot in the sense that I understand each person now and understand that each one comes from a different background. My most challenging part in my job is being objective when it comes to Retrenchments and Dismissals when it involves people I work with and know. But keeping professional at all times I learnt to overcome that.

Assistant Technician

My experience working at Avelity Medical and Everite Working at Acelity it made me grow as a person as I have learned beyond just fixing faulty Machine and maintaining calibrate and perform Quality Control. I have learned customer care service ,asset Control and how does a Wearhouse operate. And how to handle difficult customer and queries and problem solving. I have learned to do quality inspection of a product which I have learned at everite. I have learned to be flexible as well as I have mastered to do my job as well as other peoples job and that has made me more flexible.

Pros: Greatest opportunity for promotion a very slim
Cons: The company does not close as it deal's with Medical supplies and products

Objective People's person

I love interacting with people and specifically with all departmwnts within the Company as I am a HR Generalist HR Assistant and understanding the Company as a whole on a very Comprehensive level. I like my job in the manner that my punctuality and confidentiality and great administration skills can my make job quality almost flawless. The most challenging aspect of my work for me would be to stay objective and totally professional when it comes to retrenchments and dismissals which includes people you know and work with. But with experience and determination as well as absolete professionalism its more than possible to overcome.
