Hard work, accuracy is a must, pateience.
Very pressurized, load stock piles, cumulate charges for storage and demurrage, answer queries, teach other people how to do certain stock listing, we all try and help each other , but that gets difficult when one co-worker blames the other. I love the challenge and the pressure of deadlines to meat, which I always do. The most challenging aspect of my job is to satisfy management, if the first person gets the stock wrong, we all get it wrong and then have to start form the beginning again which takes time, which means the load is delay for the ship . Delivery notes are sometimes with the wrong GRN, and the warehouse has to be notified of their confusion. Most of our time is correct the warehouse stock piles that they say they receive and re-scheduling them to the correct pile. There is no time for a good lunch break , which you need sometimes, just to get your head back on track.
Pros: can grow and learn other aspect of freight, want to move up to export department.
Cons: They do look after you, always give year end funtions which is compulsory , and we enjoy, never make the workers pay for any outside activities.

Expects specialists
its a typical company, no room for grown only.... there no opportines . its working with laptops but that does not pay all the bills ..... working r.ship project managers not to great

Great experience
Constantly learning new strategies and the ability to adapt easily under pressure. The enviroment is high pressured and you are required to think on your feet. I believe that team work is vital with any business and has a manager you are required to built trust and respect from your team. Without a strong team the business will suffer in all aspects and staff always come first. We should respect all staff and always listen to their ideas and solutions. You also required to utilise and train staff in various aspects in the business. Everyone should be given the oppurtunity to learn and be promoted.

Life at Access World
It's a very good organization to work for. It cares about its employees and the working hours allows its employees to take care of family. It has good benefits. The senior executive members have a great relationship with the employees. There's openness and transparency. The co-workers are genuine. The work itself has its own challenges as my job is to ensure that all employees comply with the policies in place and legislation. .
Pros: Great opportunity for growth, investment in career growth of the employees, good benefits, great co-workers and good management.
Cons: It's a slow paced environment at times, policing employees that do not want to comply.

IMPORTS AND EXPORT FREIGHT COMPANY
We are always busy, stock is always coming in, working late due to freight entering and leaving the yard and deadlines to meet for shipping. Its is a challenge which I always meet . Never get board and now I am working my way to the export department.
Pros: There is great opportuities, if you are wiling to work hard they will notice and promote you with a better salary, so you are not left in the same job if you are willing to progress and learn
Cons: he long hours puts a strain on your family life , working late nearly every night you don't see your family .

Handling account from receiving of the cargo to dispatching of the cargo
It been challenging but i learnt more from these years, working with the staff is nice, most thing i like when we have team building because you getting know lot of people in the company and you understand them ,

Excellent credìtors knowledge in the construction sector,worked with large volumes
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines .strong administrative skills ,a peoples person.i am willing to learn something new,my previous role involved alot of reconciling and liaising with subcontractors I am also fimilar with how to resolve queries to balance accounts,my new role is stock controller and I now work with large figures

Office support in a busy shipping environment
I have a to be quick on my feet as I use a very old switchboard to make and receive calls on. the employees cannot make outside calls and those calls have to be made by me for them from the switchboard. I receive guests and couriered documents. I order stationery and groceries. I screen the director's calls, take messages for everyone.
Pros: I work unsupervised

I and most wish to be someone someday, we competing for the best few opportunities prevailing.
My duties are very demanding hence always hands on in opedations,. Dealing with different departmental operations makes it very challenging as different accurate responses are expected in time. Everyday its a new day, needs a special approach at all times. Transporters and everyones pressure becames the floor challenge.
Pros: Exposure in different operations offers a great opportunity to learn and master all aspects of company operations
Cons: Very poor and less recognition of my job title's activities

Great place for experience
Was good working with new people who know what they were doing . I went into the job not knowing as much as I know now but it was a great learning curve for me being as young as I am I was given the opportunity to better myself if an unfamiliar environment.
