Working in challenging and dynamic environments, they use their versatility to create and support technology solutions that meet client requirements from analysis to implementation.i learnt to be flexibility to handle any kind of situation. the challenging part working on different project in a short space of time like doing testing 1 month then doing data cleansing.

Learning curve
company expectations on individual are too high. Competition is at a higher level and it even get to negatively impact on workers cooperation. Joined the organization with 7 years experience how ever was working at a same level with graduates. Just because one is not vocal enough or friends with relevant people who approves promotion, the chances of growing a very limited.

Good support structure and mentorship as well as performance management systems.
The company is solid with good infrastructure and global footprint. They provided very good learning and mentorship programs and exposure to various industries, their key role players and teams.
Pros: Great opportunities to learn and work at next level of your career. Very good support structures
Cons: Long working hours, working accross thenglobe and having to adjust to all sorts of time zones. Bottlenecks in terms of promotions

Good environment for learning
Great company for young people to learn and get exposed to different technologies. It`s not a typical 8 hour shift job, so hours tend to be longer. Lot`s of training opportunities to upgrade your skills.
Pros: promotions are discussed on yearly basis

Everyday is different and exciting
Every work day is different and every project is unique. Accenture provides you with variety in terms of industries you can work across which means you learn and adapt to new situations, clients and up skill yourself fast for the new challenge every few months. The people are great - and we have a "always help" culture as there will always come a time when you need help. At Accenture I have learnt how to create and apply strategies, build and continuously improve operations and apply the necessary change management steps to ensure the improvement is adopted within an organisation. I enjoy that challenge of never solving the same problems each day and never doing the same work twice.

Good learning curve
It's a good company to work for, a good learning curve. The long hours are not a problem but i'm doing the same thing everyday and it's not challenging anymore. i'ts not a good opportunity for growth. My typical work: I'm basically in front of the computer the whole day for 5 days and sometimes 7 days logging and resolving calls, and providing one of the best assistance to users/customers. Customer service is basically my middle name.

It was a great experience, i learned so much
Working with different stakeholders and working at the clients. its very challenging and rewarding. i enjoyed working with the different teams and achieving great results while keeping the client happy

Excellent learning curve, challenging and a life long growth point for me.
I learned to work hard To thrive under pressure To negotiate with many stakeholders to get the job done To work on some of the tight deadlines with system issues and still deliver To be positive even when it looks bleak because the server is down and the deadline is looming and the tech guys are pissed off because things are not coming together and realizing that you may have to work late and over the weekend to get this done

Cons: Working at one client can be a stumbling block when you want to move on to other projects
