Good learning exposure

It is a very good exposure to work for this company and I enjoy it. I deal with so many people with different characters and I have learned to be always professional. We do have a very good relationship with my colleagues, i am always helpful when they need anything. I have learned not to mix business with pleasure and to always be calm and treat everyone with respect regardless of conflicts that may occur. I enjoy when dealing with enraged clients and manage to calm them down and ensure that they are happy, also when i meet my deadlines and ensure that i always go extra mile to achieve. The most challenging part is when you interact with clients that do not want to listen to you but i am very patient and ensure that the query is resolved. Also when i have to get monthly reports from colleagues and remind them always.

Closing a salr

Great company to work for. The environment is good, colleagues are friendly and there's peace. It's the company that I've been dreaming to work for for a long time.
