My learning curve is to acknowledge my mistake then learn to improve my work quality out of mistake.

* working for Absa has been great as it has given me a lot of experience, and now I feel that it is time for me to explore and make use of my experience in other organizations. * so far I have a good relationship with my team members as we learn new things from each other, and also fit in well with everyone understanding that we are all human beings and coming from different backgrounds. * I have learnt that respect is a two way value, where one must earn it from the next person, by respecting everyone first. * I enjoy sharing ideas that improves our working knowledge and have a good working environment. * my most challenging aspect is when I am expected to over deliver while the system being used s not user friendly to achieve my over deliverance.

Pros: Being and outstanding employee by delivering good quality of my work.
Cons: i am used to working long hours due to the nature of our business, it is very demanding.

Eager to learn

i have a strong relation ship with my colleague share goals and best practices together.i have a learnt how to deal with difficult client everyday,and i enjoy helping all my client..

Pros: it will and it has been great opportunity to work the company
Cons: fast learner,eager to learn deals with different poeple
