I have Bcom degree and Post grad in higher education

it very tough to work in the cash environment, because every time you're monitor either through your work and camera. the work there is too much physical it is like working in the firm and working long hours which lead to more over time. there is no balance of work and private we spend most of our time at work, to work from Monday to Monday. some other days it very hectic more especially towards end of the month where cash is coming back to us and we need to prepare Atm money. I have fair relationship with my colleagues they're young people who is respecting the elders. I learn that once you become in charge thing are turning around from other peer colleagues whereby you have to monitor, instruction, discipline and consultation. when I knock off early without leaving something behind. there lots of challenges like not following procedures while you busy with the client deposits, missing a bag that needs to be found, keeping a client deposit more that SLA (Service Level Agreement)

Pros: being exposed to other management level e,g making decision.
Cons: working long hours cause fatique and the imbalance of work and life.
