Best learning opportunity

I have learned to be an effective communicator as I was placed in a client facing role, where I was dealing with many various prospective clients. I have gained the best experienced on handling difficult and annoyed customers. I enjoy resolving problems and investigating client problems, complaints and challenges and coming up with a relevant solution. I enjoy rebuilding the trust clients may have lost due to poor services or problems that were not resolved by previous bankers. I like taking client's problems and making valuable resolutions. I like mostly when it comes to feedback client, I was moved to hear what they would say about me and my services so I have always enjoyed feedback times by clients. I have also learned to be more influential and my relationship with other coworkers had always blossoms, I normally take our differences and see it as an opportunity to learn and not as something to fight.

EVERY DAY A LEARNING DAY

I ENJOY THE CURRENT JOB I AM DOING, A FULL DAY AT WORK IS TO LITTLE HOURS TO GET ALL THINGS DONE HOWEVER MANAGES TO GET A FRIDAYS WORK DONE. I AM A PART OF A VERY LARGE TEAM IN A VERY DEMANDING ENVIRONMENT THAT THRIVES ON PRESSURE THUS DEMANDING THAT ALL OF US BE HIGHLY PRESSURE TOLERANT. COMPARING TO WERE I STARTED NINE YEARS FROM NOW IN GENERAL OFFICE ADMIN OR OFFICE RUNNER TO BEING A ITC TRADE CONSULTANT GETTING TO BE ABLE TO PROCESS AND PLAY AND IMPORTANT ROLL KNOWING THAT I CAN ASSIST MY DEPARTMENT BY DOING MORE MAKES MY DAY FEEL WORTH WHILE.

Excellent Opportunities

Learnt about adaptability and team work. I enjoy the financial markets the most. The most challenging aspects of my job are the requirements to be knowledgeable about the markets at all times.

ABSA BANK IS A FINANCIAL INTSITUTION THAT PROVIDE SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS FROM YOUNG,ADULT AND OLD CITIZENS OF SOUTH AFRICA LIKE INSURANCE SERVICE TO OPENING OF NEW ACCOUNT IT HAS OVER 10 MILLION CUSTOMERS AND A RANGE OF ATM SERVICE ACROSS THE COUNTRY IT ALSO PROVICE FUNERAL COVER FOR THE CITIZENS OF THE COUNTRY

Excellent learning experience, for growth.

My typical day at work is sometimes a very tenuous one and I'm trying to fit in everything that changes during the day, but overall I love what I'm doing, I'm a peoples person, My work colleagues are the best, they are very extraordinary, funny, intellectual, they make your no matter how the situation are we always strive to be the best and to best of our abilities. What it makes great is the team yoyour your worth end even if they do there's no recognition, it's like they know what you capable of, but still they keeping you there so they there won't be problems when they need to train someone else for that position. Thank you Regards R Samaai The challenge is they don't see youu working with and how you drive ourselves to always do our best together and individually.

Pros: Sales, my weakest point.
Cons: Public transport, the last to leave.

Excellent learning experience

Not pleasant, no protection from management and work is always put before one's family and life. What I enjoy most is being around my colleagues who provide support and motivation to keep one going. I've learnt to manage risk in the best way possible through internal governance processes and those of the Reserve Bank.

Pros: Good work experience.
Cons: No proper management.

Vibrant and innovative

Very lovely environment, vibrant, interactive world of customers, coming up with solutions everyday, helping people, giving good service, working with computers, good communication, eager to learn everyday

Daily Challenged

Discussing sales figures with entire management group early morning, plan strategy for a day, prioritise about all other areas that didn't work well previous week on all service departments. Discuss daily security challenges, freshness Hygiene cleanliness as well as staffing and training. Customer service is also main priority as if that is not number one successful in our business will jeorpadise more feet in our door and business will collapse as we have a lot of competitors.

Cons: Be very pro active, and know what is going on around your business

Excellent learning curve.

Built good relationships with people i have worked worth and have learnt a lot. Systems are out dated and costly to maintain. people are very stuck in there ways of doing work, not open to digitization and automation.

Pros: Good opportunity to implement automated processes.
Cons: Systems are aging.
