I love to learn new things in life im working every weekend.

Every morning im at work at 7 o clock I must make sure that all my workers clock in then I do the Risk assessment for the days work then my group of people have a meeting of the days work. Me and my workers building a substation together like one team. I have learned a lot of concrete work and how to work as a team together at my company. The most challenging part of my job is to have all the correct material on site at time.
