As my enclosed Curriculum Vitae reflect, I hold a Certificate in Boiler and Environmental solutions at John Thompson. I worked at centurion Kodak Express as a sales person, this role I was responsible for convincing customers, I also worked at Pork packers as a boiler operator and I was employed for one month at SAB Alrode as an boiler oversee, It is through this role that I gained exposure to the industry. I am a hard working individual who is committed with strong attention to detail; I have the desire and potential to learn when given a chance. I also believe that the experience I have work has highly prepared me for this position. I believe that this opportunity will give me a chance to grow my career

Great Company, Great Poeple

AB-InBev is an incredible training ground to build functional and behavioural skills that are a solid foundation. The company encourages bravery and are not afraid to break boundaries and as we called it " let's break some sh@t:)! They also encourage solution solving and doesn't believe in micro managing. Challenging working environment which is great for career development. Had a good relationship with my co-workers - it was my second family. Great to work amongst people that are talented, motivated and driven. Highlights of my career: - Launch of the first South African homegrown alcohol-free beer, Castle Free - Pilot an alcohol-free snack (Castle Lager Better Bites) made from locally grown grain. The proceeds of their sale will be used to help develop emerging farmers and support community development initiatives.

Challenging and a great company to learn from.

My day starts with reviewing the load plan for the day, add today loads, check where the drivers are and best execute the load plan to get all planned orders out. I have best realtor ship with core workers. This job has taught me what I believe will get me to my career goals and ambitions. I have learnt that hard work pays. Indeed to accept challenges with good attitude and learn from every challenge,use what I learned to better myself. I learned that it is okay to ask for help, it is the best way to form great colleague relationship. My job is complex and nothing is as challenging as worki g with customers. I work far and rural trades that indeed to execute their deliveries and not all the time are we able to successfully deliver all planned routes.

Experienced engineer with project management experience. Currently an analyst to improve processes.

A complete different field of work, however the opportunity for learning is endless yet growth has been stifled for the foreseeable future where internal applications are not being allowed.

Pros: Good to learn different processes in different environments.
Cons: Stifling and rejecting all internal job applications from within the Talent Acceleration Programme.

Best learning curve

The best learning for me working for my current company is the international scope and exposure where the company operates. one gets to learn a lot and get an opportunity to compare the market I am working in against the best in the world which is ideal for growth and continuous improvement.

Fast paced company

lent and skills, education ad experience is not recognissed and rewarded but popularity is more improtant . very poor culture the best thing about the company was the brands and global exposure. Overall, the company has had a significant change from being SAB to ABINBEV. has ad a massive negative impact in my view. Senior leadership is poor with has a very clear view of how they want things and as a senior leader you need to follow without thinking.

Pros: large company. good bonuses when achieved.
Cons: poor culture and young executive leadership that lacks Africa exposure / experience. knowledge / education and tenure are not required nor seen as important. Employees not valued. Popularity is more important than performance.
