No chances to grow academically,be in one position for 9 years.

I have been in one position for almost 9 years, no opportunities for growth. I need more explosure in another companies. I also need to grow academically.

Pros: No opportunity for promotion at all
Cons: I am working 4 hours daily, 16 hours weekly and 64 hours monthly.

I do teaching at the centre

My work description is to teach learners who are drop out from day school then we recruit them and take them further...since i am qualified as Agriculturist i am teaching Agricultural technology and Computer literacy. I like teaching because i draft my lesson plan and register ... I work hand in hand with my my co-workers since i am the only one Good in computer i do everything for my centre with computer skills... Data capturing, email etc because now evething wotks electronically... My heart is fully in Agriculture hence i went to study it...i would lo e to persue my dreams in the industry.
