Customer relations

I receive on daily basis requests on quotes or by scheduling training dates and receive clients for training and print their certificates. I handle all admin work at AAFSA. I am friendly with all co-workers, I enjoy meeting new people everyday.

Pros: I have reached the highest level position, enjoy the customers
Cons: Cannot reach a higher level, company is too small
