Transformational

In my experience, the company has allowed me to work independently. However, they have not extended me any leadership or operational support to conduct my responsibilities with ease. My relationship with co-workers are excellent, and I most enjoyed seeing students succeed. I have learnt that one has to move strategically and not tactically within a business, and that trust is something that should be edified.

Excellent Private Higher Education Experience

Very challenging, since we have just been purchased by a major private Higher education provider. I enjoy working with the new and current team as well as with students.

Pros: Potential to grow the institution

Hardworking and self managing strive for the best. Willing to go extra mile and add more hours to meet deadlines and always willing to learn new things.
