Excellent learning curve

I started working here as a claims consultant and within 4 months I was promoted to a financial claims consultant and its what im still doing. Here everyone knows everybody and we are like a small family. My challenges of the job were dealing with angry clients, but as time went by, i got myself a technique and that is why they call me the client whisperer. Over the years I've been here I've learnt how to deal with different people of different attitudes, my work mates and gotten along well and of course we love going out for drinks just to shed off some stress after a long day of work, that would be on Thursday or Friday's of course.

Pros: great opportunity for a promotion
Cons: long working hours
